Whenever I need support, they respond within minutes, and have always been able to take care of my problems pretty quickly. I was shocked when a member of their tech support team responded to an inquiry on a Saturday! With a lot of other companies, I'd have had to wait until Monday for a response. Great pricing, great support----you can't go wrong with these guys. If it matters, they've helped me tremendously with the Magento site I'm working on. I'm a beginner, and don't know what I'd have done without their support team. These guys are top notch.
