For me, the most important aspect is support and honestly, I have never experienced anything so impressive. I would say that their closest competitor is SiteGround but I still recommend TMD by far.

The cPanel does lack some features that other hosts provide, but doesn’t seem to cause an issue. And as for SSL certs, the tech team have always installed them with in 5 mins!! Quicler that what I could do am sure!!

Thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication on porting the website over. I really thought I was going to lose months worth of work on the website when all of this happened so suddenly.

The support delivered is outstanding, a lot of companies should take tmdhosting as an example for support. When I submit a ticket I normally just refresh because an answer is given within 5 minutes (most of the time even 1 minute). I never had a negative response (like we can’t do, you have to pay more for that, etc) and until now ALL my tickets were executed within 10 minutes.

Anyone who might doubt, if you want good support then TMDhosting is the place to be!!!
